The Festival Videodanza de Puerto Rico brings the best of international video dance and screen dance to Puerto Rico!

 

In 2026, we are excited to return to the beautiful venue of the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico. In collaboration with the Museum, we continue to expand our offerings by including screenings of VR/360 films and accepting proposals for hybrid choreographic tech under our initiative, I.D.E.ALL (Immersive Digital Experiences for ALL.

 

We remain committed to supporting both established and emerging screen-dance artists in the island through our Cortos y Criollos category focusessing exclusively on promoting work by Puerto Rican artists on the island and the diaspora.

 

In partnership with the University of the Sacred Heart, in 2026 edition will inaugurate  a new strand dedicated to student emerging artists. Submissions are accepted exclusively through FILM FREEWAY. We are once again selecting on a rolling monthly basis! The sooner you submit, the sooner your participation will be confirmed, allowing you to make plans to join us on our beautiful island.
